Rush fees will be discussed during the consultation process, based on estimated normal delivery time.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Please thoroughly read and understand the following terms of service before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding my commissions service, please contact me on my socials.Illustrator Rights
I, Juliet November, as the Illustrator
1. Reserve the right to use my work in any form (Work in progress, showcase posts) unless agreed otherwise beforehand with the Client;
2. Reserve the right to post commissions on social media and my portfolio with credit to the respective Designers and Clients involved;
3. Reserve the right to decline commissions without needing to explain the reason;
4. Will not be held responsible for any misuse or misunderstandings caused if the Client did not read my Terms of Service properly and thoroughly.
You, as the Client
1. Maintain commercial rights to stream and monetize content using the model on your platform of choice.
2. Must credit Juliet November as your Live2D Model Artist, or Designer, whichever is applicable.
3. May request small revisions and fixes to the design or model during the After-sales period as outlined below.
4. Must not redistribute the model files without your Rigger and the Illustrator's permission.
5. Will **receive model art files (.psd), or design sheet files (.png). **Source files for design sheets will not be given out unless otherwise specified by the Illustrator.PROCESS1. Initial Consultation and Order

For Design services, please provide adequate references for style, design elements and intentions.
For Model Art services, please provide a complete model sheet and adequate references for style, design elements and intentions.
I will not proceed with the commission if it is found that major elements are to be lifted from existing vtuber designs.
Place an official order via Email.2. Down Payment
50% of the agreed price will be charged before I commence work on the Commission.
Otherwise, no payment will be incurred and all received files from the Client will be deleted.3. Work in Progress
Work in progress updates will be sent after major milestones (sketch, lineart, flat colors, shading). The client may request the appropriate adjustments at this stage. Any large revisions after the transfer of files as stated in "Completion" will require additional fees.
Please do not ask for major design revisions when the sketch has been completed and the lineart has been started. Lineart is a very time-consuming process and I will charge additional fees if major revisions are requested after the sketch.
Cancellation by the Client at this phase will result in forfeiture of the Down Payment.
Cancellation by the Artist will result in a refund of the Down Payment.4. Completion
The remaining 50% of the agreed price will be charged before the transfer of files to the Client. If the amount is not paid, then files will not be transferred.
Transfer of files - The Client will receive the following:
▫ Model art file (.psd) for Live2D model art commissions
▫ Promotional artwork file (.jpg, .png) for model art commissions
▫ Character design sheet for avatar design commissions
The Client will not receive:
▫ PSD files for avatar design commissions, unless agreed upon beforehand during the Initial Consultation/Order. This will involve an additional fee.
I will assist you with Quality Checking (QC) of the Live2D model art before you send it off to any rigging services to check for any flaws or transparency issues.
▪ After-sales support will be 2 weeks from the actual transfer of files, for any QC issues and flaws detected after the initial QC. Any requests for model changes from the Client beyond this period may be charged with additional fees.
